Eligibility Criteria and Job Description
Innovation Research Fellow
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Fisheries Extension/Agricultural Extension
- Research experience in innovation systems
- Understanding of research methodologies in innovation assessment and validation
- Knowledge of startup ecosystem and business aspects of innovation
- Experience in research publications, documentation, data analysis, and report writing
- Ability to conduct independent research and work with entrepreneurs/startups
Business Executive
- MBA or equivalent Master’s degree in Fisheries/Agriculture from a recognized university
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer, MS Office, and internet skills
- Minimum two years of experience preferred
Content Developer
- Master’s degree in Mass Communication/Journalism
- Experience in fisheries/agriculture-related content development
- Minimum two years of experience in content development and management
- Skills in:
- Content writing and editing
- Social media management
- Digital content creation
- Graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Video editing
- Website content management
- Digital marketing basics
Program Executive
- MBA/Degree with Fisheries or any Agriculture degree
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design preferred
- Skills in video editing and designing
- Minimum one year of experience preferred
Project Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream with Diploma in Fisheries/Aquaculture
OR - Any graduate with minimum one year experience in fisheries projects/programs/incubation centres
- Knowledge of:
- Data entry and documentation
- Computer applications
- File management
- MS Office
- Startup coordination and program execution support
Selection Process
