Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess:

  • MBA in Agri Business Management
  • PGDMA
  • Postgraduate Degree in Agricultural Economics or related fields from a recognized university

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the incubation ecosystem
  • Preference for candidates with experience in agri-startup ecosystems

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working with agri-startups
  • Field implementation and pilot project management
  • Government-supported program experience
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Stakeholder coordination abilities
  • Ability to work with farmers, FPOs, startups, and mentors

Key Responsibilities

  • Support field-level implementation of startup pilot projects
  • Coordinate with startups, mentors, FPOs, and stakeholders
  • Facilitate mentor calls, review meetings, and field visits
  • Monitor project milestones and timelines
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and progress summaries
  • Assist in incubation activities and fundraising proposals
  • Support monitoring, data collection, and project evaluation
