Essential Qualification
Candidates should possess:
- MBA in Agri Business Management
- PGDMA
- Postgraduate Degree in Agricultural Economics or related fields from a recognized university
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the incubation ecosystem
- Preference for candidates with experience in agri-startup ecosystems
Desirable Skills
- Experience working with agri-startups
- Field implementation and pilot project management
- Government-supported program experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Stakeholder coordination abilities
- Ability to work with farmers, FPOs, startups, and mentors
Key Responsibilities
- Support field-level implementation of startup pilot projects
- Coordinate with startups, mentors, FPOs, and stakeholders
- Facilitate mentor calls, review meetings, and field visits
- Monitor project milestones and timelines
- Prepare reports, documentation, and progress summaries
- Assist in incubation activities and fundraising proposals
- Support monitoring, data collection, and project evaluation
