🎓 Educational Qualification
Candidates must have any of the following:
- PG Diploma in Rural Management / Rural Development
- MBA (Marketing / Rural Management)
- PG Degree in Agriculture / Social Sciences / Social Work / Economics
- Any allied discipline from a recognized university
⭐ Desirable Experience
- Experience with SHGs, SRLMs, or DAY-NRLM
- Exposure to training programs, fairs, or exhibitions
- Knowledge of rural marketing, value chains, and enterprise development
- Skills in logistics management and event planning
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training and capacity building programs for SHGs, FPOs, and stakeholders
- Develop training materials, PPTs, brochures, and case studies
- Coordinate with SRLMs, institutions, and participants
- Handle data entry and MIS systems (STMS, TMP, trackers)
- Assist in organizing SARAS Aajeevika Melas and workshops
- Prepare reports, success stories, and documentation
- Support marketing initiatives and stakeholder communication
🧠 Skills Required
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Good communication and documentation ability
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel
- Working knowledge of Hindi & English
🎯 Age Limit
- Maximum 35 years (as on 26 April 2026)
💰 Salary
- ₹50,000 per month (consolidated)
- Travel and allowances as per NIRDPR norms
