🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Final-year UG students in Social Sciences
OR - Graduates in:
- Rural Development
- Economics
- Sociology
- Social Work
- Public Administration
- Public Policy
Other Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Physically fit and willing to travel extensively in rural areas
💼 Job Responsibilities
Selected interns will work under the Project Lead and perform:
- Field Data Collection: Using tools like ODK / Kobo Toolbox
- Stakeholder Interaction: Conduct interviews & FGDs with Panchayat officials and workers
- Case Study Writing: Assist in preparing research-based reports
- Data Management: Organize and digitize field data
⭐ Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of SPSS or statistical tools
- Understanding of qualitative research methods
- Experience in field surveys or mobile data collection apps
💰 Salary & Benefits
