The a-IDEA (Association for Innovation Development of Entrepreneurship in Agriculture), a Technology Business Incubator under ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, invites applications for the position of Business Development Manager on a contractual basis.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or allied sciences from UGC/ICAR recognized institutions
- PGDM (ABM) or MBA in Agribusiness
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in agribusiness/startup/entrepreneurship ecosystem
Age Limit:
- Preferably below 35 years
🌱 Desired Skills
- Knowledge of agri-startups and agripreneurship
- Experience in DPR preparation for agri-enterprises
- Exposure to FPO handholding
- Skills in stakeholder consultation, data analysis, and report writing
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Support startup incubation and acceleration programs
- Manage grants and assist startups in fundraising
- Build networks with mentors, industry experts, and stakeholders
- Execute FPO initiatives (training, buyer-seller meets, immersion programs)
- Prepare project reports, proposals, and presentations
- Conduct field visits across India for project implementation
💰 Salary
- ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
