Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Project Duration: Maximum 11 months (initial appointment)
Fellowship
- Monthly Fellowship: ₹37,000
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): 27% (applicable only if hostel accommodation is not allotted).
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- M.Sc. in Physics or B.Tech. in Engineering Physics from a recognized institute with at least 60% marks.
- Must satisfy at least one of the following:
- Valid GATE Score
- DST INSPIRE Fellowship
- CSIR-UGC JRF Qualification
- CGPA of 9.0 or above from a Centrally Funded Technical Institution (CFTI).
- Strong interest in programming and computational research.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Computational Physics, PDE/ODE solvers, and programming using Python, C/C++, Fortran, or MATLAB.
Research Area
The selected candidate will contribute to a cutting-edge research project focused on understanding cell dynamics in a viscoelastic fluid medium through computational modelling. This project provides an opportunity to work on interdisciplinary research combining physics, mathematics, programming, and biological systems.
