Management Trainee – Construction

• Work in Construction Management, including:
  • Contract Administration
  • Quality Surveillance
  • HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
  • Warehouse Management
• Exposure to domestic and international projects

🔹 Management Trainee – Other than Construction

• Roles in:
  • Design & Engineering
  • Costing & Procurement
  • Inspection & HSE
• Work across offices and project locations in India and abroad

 Job Details

• Designation: Management Trainee
• Training Period: 1 Year
• Posting Location: Project Sites / Offices (India & Abroad)

Salary & Benefits

• Stipend during training:
  ₹60,000/month + Accommodation & Transport
  OR ₹60,000 + ₹15,000 (if accommodation not provided)
• After absorption:
  • Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
  • CTC:
    • Construction: ~₹21 LPA
    • Other Roles: ~₹20.10 LPA
  • Includes allowances, perks, and retirement benefits

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification:
  B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc (Engineering) with minimum 65% marks
• Eligible Batches:
  2025 & 2026 pass-outs only
• Age Limit (as on 01 July 2026):
  • General: 25 years
  • OBC (NCL): 28 years
  • SC/ST: 30 years
  • PwD: Up to 40 years (as per category)
