The a-IDEA (Association for Innovation Development of Entrepreneurship in Agriculture), a Technology Business Incubator at ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, invites applications for the post of Project Executive on a contractual basis. This opportunity is supported by NABARD and focuses on strengthening Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

📌 Job Details – Project Executive Vacancy 2026

- Duration: 1 year or co-terminus with project
- Salary: ₹35,000 per month
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of ₹35,000 per month. The contract will initially be for one year or until the project duration, whichever is earlier.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification
- PGDM (Agribusiness) / PGDABM / MBA in Agribusiness
- MBA with working knowledge in agriculture
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in FPOs or agri enterprises
Other Requirements
- Fluency in Telugu (reading, writing, speaking)
- Age preferably below 35 years
⭐ Desired Skills
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Experience in FPO handholding and capacity building
- Knowledge of credit linkage, market linkage, and agri value chains
- Understanding of agriculture supply chains and business planning
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate FPO business activities in Telangana & Andhra Pradesh
- Support convergence with government schemes and market linkages
- Prepare Business Plans and DPRs for institutional credit
- Organize trainings, workshops, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets
- Assist FPOs in obtaining statutory approvals and licenses
- Enable market access and input distribution systems
Candidates with strong communication and networking abilities, experience in handholding FPOs, and knowledge of agri value chains, credit systems, and market dynamics will be given preference. The role also includes organizing training programs, workshops, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets, as well as guiding FPOs in obtaining necessary statutory approvals for input distribution and produce marketing.
