Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will work on:

  • NIR spectroscopy and optical instrumentation
  • Spectral and image data acquisition
  • Computer vision applications
  • Artificial intelligence and machine learning
  • Material classification
  • Python-based software development
  • Embedded systems and electronics integration
  • Laboratory and field prototype development
  • Testing and demonstration of research prototypes

Fellowship

  • ₹37,000 per month
  • 30% House Rent Allowance (HRA)

Age Limit

  • Maximum Age: 28 years (as on 21 July 2026)

Age Relaxation

  • SC/ST/PwBD/Women: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years

Project Duration

  • Initially 6 months
  • Extendable based on project requirements until project completion.

The selection process consists of:

  • Written Test (if required)

Candidates may be asked to appear for a written test before the interview depending on the number of applicants.
