IFCI Ltd. has invited applications for multiple contract-based positions in ESG Advisory and Corporate Advisory domains. The engagement is initially for 3 years and may be extended based on mutual agreement.

Available Positions

1. Associate Director (ESG)

• Vacancies: 01 (UR)
• Experience: 15 years overall, including minimum 2 years in ESG & Sustainability
• Preferred: Banking/Financial Institutions experience, ESG consulting exposure
• Age Limit: 45 years
• Qualification: PG in Management/Engineering/Finance/Economics/Climate Science/Sustainability or CA
• Preferred Certifications: GARP SCR, CFA ESG

2. Senior Consultant (ESG)

• Vacancies: 01 (UR)
• Experience: 12 years overall with 4 years in ESG & Sustainability
• Preferred expertise:
  • Climate risk assessment
  • NGFS scenarios
  • Stress testing
  • Banking sustainability integration
• Age Limit: 40 years

3. Associate (ESG) – Research Analysis

• Vacancies: 01 (UR)
• Experience: 0–1 year
• Skills:
  • Python/R/Stata
  • Econometrics
  • Climate modelling
  • GHG accounting
• Age Limit: 30 years

4. Associate (ESG)

• Vacancies: 01 (UR)
• Experience: Up to 4 years
• Freshers from reputed institutes can also apply
• Preferred:
  • ESG consulting
  • Banking sustainability operations
  • ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, BRSR, TCFD, SASB, SDGs)
• Age Limit: 30 years

5. Associate (Corporate Advisory)

• Vacancies: 01 (UR)
• Qualification: MBA (Finance)/CA/CMA/CFA
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Banks/FIs/Consultancy
• Skills:
  • Financial modelling
  • Project appraisal
  • Business valuation
• Age Limit: 35 years
