The Naval Science & Technological Laboratory (NSTL), under the Defence Research and Development Organisation, has released a notification for Apprenticeship Training 2026. Eligible candidates with B.E/B.Tech, Diploma, and ITI qualifications (2023–2025 pass-outs) can apply for a one-year training program in Visakhapatnam.
The Naval Science & Technological Laboratory (NSTL), a premier laboratory under the Defence Research and Development Organisation, plays a crucial role in advancing India’s naval defense technologies. This apprenticeship program is designed as part of the Government of India’s skill development initiative to provide hands-on technical exposure to fresh graduates, diploma holders, and ITI candidates.
Through this one-year training program, selected candidates will gain practical industry experience, working alongside experienced scientists and technical professionals in cutting-edge defense research environments.
