Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Degree (preferably in science) from a recognized university
- Sub Officers Course from NFSC, Nagpur or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of practical firefighting experience
- At least 10 years of total experience in Fire Services (Govt./Private)
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of fire science, combustion, and fire classification
- Experience with firefighting equipment and suppression systems
- Skills in rescue operations and disaster management
- Knowledge of industrial, electrical, aircraft, and marine fire hazards
- Understanding of PPE and safety compliance procedures
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct training programs in fire safety and rescue operations
- Provide hands-on training in fire suppression and evacuation
- Supervise drills, fitness routines, and emergency preparedness
- Maintain training records and evaluation reports
- Ensure proper maintenance of firefighting equipment
- Promote safety standards and discipline among trainees
